Shipping and Service Delivery Policy

Last Updated: 21 September 2026

This Shipping and Service Delivery Policy applies to products and services offered under the KadakHost brand.

KadakHost is a brand owned and operated by VRSK Enterprises, India (“KadakHost”, “VRSK Enterprises”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

This Policy should be read together with the KadakHost Terms and Conditions, Refunds and Cancellations Policy, Privacy Policy, applicable service descriptions, quotations, statements of work and any other written agreement applicable to the Service.

1. Digital Services Only

KadakHost provides digital, hosting, infrastructure, software-related and consulting services.

We currently do not sell or ship physical products.

Accordingly:

  • no physical shipping is required;
  • no courier service is used;
  • no physical delivery address is required for fulfilment unless needed for billing, taxation, verification or another legitimate business purpose;
  • no shipping charges apply unless expressly stated for a future physical product or service; and
  • Services are delivered electronically, remotely or through online infrastructure.

2. Electronic Service Delivery

KadakHost Services may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • email;
  • support ticket;
  • online dashboard;
  • server credentials;
  • IP address or hostname;
  • application URL;
  • control panel;
  • API access;
  • remote configuration;
  • deployment to customer infrastructure;
  • account activation;
  • remote consulting sessions;
  • documentation;
  • reports;
  • configuration files; or
  • other electronic means appropriate to the Service.

The specific method of delivery may vary depending on the Service purchased.

3. When a Service Is Considered Delivered

A Service is generally considered delivered when KadakHost has completed the actions reasonably necessary to make the purchased Service available to the Customer.

Depending on the Service, this may occur when:

  • a Managed App Hosting environment has been deployed and the agreed application or service is available;
  • account or service access has been activated;
  • a consulting session has been completed;
  • agreed consulting work has been performed;
  • deployment or configuration work has been completed;
  • a deliverable, configuration, report or document has been provided; or
  • another agreed milestone has been completed.

A Service may be considered delivered even if the Customer has not yet logged in, accessed or actively used it after KadakHost has made the Service available.

4. Managed App Hosting Delivery

Managed App Hosting is delivered electronically and may require multiple technical steps before the Service is considered fully active.

Delivery may include:

  • infrastructure provisioning;
  • server configuration;
  • application deployment;
  • database deployment;
  • DNS configuration;
  • SSL configuration;
  • monitoring configuration;
  • backup configuration;
  • testing; and
  • handover or access details.

The applicable Service description, quotation or agreement may define the exact delivery scope.

Managed App Hosting is generally considered delivered when the agreed application or environment has been deployed and made available for use.

4.1 Static Site Hosting

Delivery means the agreed static output has been deployed and its access details made available, with the applicable domain, HTTPS and backup setup completed or Customer-side DNS dependencies clearly identified. Customers provide a compatible repository/build configuration or prebuilt output. Server-side code and form-processing backends are outside static hosting unless separately ordered.

4.2 Web App Hosting and Managed Databases

For Web App Hosting, delivery includes the agreed runtime, application deployment and bundled database within the plan’s combined limits, together with agreed access, domain/certificate configuration, backups and health checks. An app container alone does not complete an order that also includes an unconfigured database or other agreed initial setup.

A standalone Managed Database is delivered when the agreed engine instance, persistent storage, credentials, restricted connection method, backup configuration and handover are available. Private connectivity or approved TLS/IP-restricted remote access is confirmed during onboarding. Customer schema design, data imports and tuning are included only if separately agreed.

4.3 Custom Application Hosting and HA / DR

The accepted scope defines delivery milestones for custom topology, migration, dependencies, monitoring, support and management. HA and DR delivery follows the agreed recovery design and includes the specific resources, configuration, runbooks, handover and tests promised for that milestone. Supplying a design document alone does not complete a separately contracted implementation or testing engagement.

Recovery objectives, failover/failback mode, testing frequency, regions, dependencies and responsibilities are specified in the proposal. Any signed-off Customer dependencies or exclusions must be identified before acceptance. An enquiry form or preliminary discussion does not create a recovery guarantee or activate protection.

4.4 AI Hosting

Delivery includes the selected application, HTTPS access at the agreed kadakhost.cloud subdomain, authentication, secure initial credential handover, configured daily off-server backups with seven restore points, and hosting checks. The India hosting location, backup region and supported configuration are confirmed before payment. There is no promise of instant activation.

Customers connect their own compatible AI and tool accounts after handover. AI API charges are paid to those providers and are not part of the hosting fee. The application being available does not mean the Customer’s workflows, documents, integrations or generated code have been configured or validated by KadakHost. Required third-party access and any separately agreed setup milestones must be identified during onboarding. Failure to supply the hosting and backup scope remains subject to the non-delivery and refund provisions.

5. Consulting and Professional Services Delivery

Consulting and professional services may be delivered through:

  • remote meetings;
  • video calls;
  • telephone calls;
  • email;
  • support tickets;
  • written recommendations;
  • implementation work;
  • configuration work;
  • system deployment;
  • documentation; or
  • other remote collaboration methods.

The delivery method and scope will depend on the applicable quotation, statement of work or agreement.

Consulting work may be considered delivered when the agreed task, milestone, session or deliverable has been completed, subject to the specific acceptance process below for AI Consulting builds.

5.1 AI Consulting Delivery and Acceptance

Free discovery provides one 60-minute initial session per business and an email recap, without a prototype or detailed design. The Automation Blueprint, n8n Workflow Review and Team Enablement deliver the sessions and reports stated in their descriptions; assessment alone does not promise repair or a production implementation.

Fixed-scope builds begin after an approved statement of work, agreed initial payment, access and representative inputs. Typical delivery is 5–7 business days for Workflow Starter, 10–15 for AI Workflow and 20–30 for AI Agent. Blueprint delivery is 3–5 business days after the session and inputs; Workflow Review is 3–5 business days after access. These are estimates. Customer delays pause the schedule and may change the delivery slot.

Builds are demonstrated and tested against agreed acceptance criteria. Customers receive five business days for feedback; silence does not constitute acceptance. Material failures are corrected before sign-off. The standard final 50% payment follows successful acceptance testing and precedes production activation and final handover, subject to the accepted agreement. Handover includes the package’s exports, prompts, configuration, operating documentation, test results and training; code, evaluations and runbooks are provided where included. Training is one 45-minute session for Starter, one 60-minute session for AI Workflow, and two 60-minute sessions for AI Agent.

Starter includes one consolidated revision round and 14 calendar days of post-handover defect fixes; the other build packages include two rounds and 30 calendar days. New scope is separately priced. In-scope defects reported within the included period do not consume paid care hours. AI Consulting acceptance requirements take priority over the general deemed-delivery or unavailable-customer provisions in this Policy; a handover attempt does not itself establish acceptance.

Deployment into one existing suitable customer-owned environment is included. Fresh infrastructure, backups and ongoing platform management need a separate hosting agreement. For n8n, implementation and ongoing care take place only in the Customer’s own n8n Cloud account or on infrastructure contracted for and controlled by the Customer; KadakHost-hosted n8n access is not offered, including under a separate hosting agreement. This does not remove the backup commitments of a separately purchased AI Hosting plan. Care reviews follow their own Monday–Friday schedule and allowances and do not extend hosting coverage or create an uptime guarantee.

6. Estimated Delivery and Provisioning Times

KadakHost may display or communicate estimated provisioning or delivery times.

Unless expressly stated in a written Service Level Agreement or other agreement, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.

Actual delivery time may depend on factors including:

  • infrastructure availability;
  • selected service configuration;
  • payment confirmation;
  • fraud or security checks;
  • required software;
  • third-party service availability;
  • technical complexity;
  • application dependencies;
  • customer-provided information;
  • customer approvals; and
  • other circumstances outside KadakHost’s reasonable control.

7. Instant and Automated Provisioning

Some Services may be provisioned automatically and may become available shortly after successful payment.

Automated provisioning may occasionally fail or be delayed because of:

  • infrastructure availability;
  • API errors;
  • capacity limitations;
  • network issues;
  • payment-status delays;
  • technical faults;
  • service-provider restrictions; or
  • other operational issues.

Where automated provisioning fails, KadakHost may manually investigate or retry the order.

The Refunds and Cancellations Policy applies where KadakHost is ultimately unable to provide the purchased Service.

8. Payment Does Not Guarantee Immediate Provisioning

Successful payment does not itself mean that a Service has been successfully provisioned.

An order may remain pending while KadakHost:

  • confirms payment;
  • checks resource availability;
  • completes security checks;
  • verifies the order;
  • provisions infrastructure;
  • installs required software; or
  • completes other necessary delivery steps.

The Service is considered active only after provisioning or delivery has been successfully completed.

9. Customer Dependencies

Some Services cannot be delivered until the Customer provides required information, access or approvals.

These may include:

  • domain names;
  • DNS access;
  • server access;
  • API keys;
  • software licences;
  • application credentials;
  • cloud credentials;
  • source code;
  • configuration details;
  • required data;
  • technical requirements;
  • approval of configurations; or
  • other necessary information.

KadakHost is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late information provided by the Customer.

Delivery timelines may be extended accordingly.

10. Access Credentials

Where a Service requires credentials, KadakHost provides them through an agreed secure handover method. Ordinary enquiry forms, email and WhatsApp should not contain production passwords, API keys, SSH private keys or payment credentials. Email may notify the Customer how to obtain secure access.

Customers are responsible for:

  • keeping credentials confidential;
  • changing default or temporary passwords where instructed;
  • enabling additional security controls where available; and
  • ensuring that authorised users have appropriate access.

KadakHost is not responsible for delays caused by a Customer failing to access, retrieve or use credentials that have already been made available.

11. Electronic Communications

Customers must maintain a valid email address and other required contact details.

KadakHost may use these details to send:

  • order confirmations;
  • payment confirmations;
  • provisioning notifications;
  • access details;
  • support responses;
  • service updates;
  • maintenance notices;
  • renewal notices;
  • cancellation confirmations; and
  • other service-related communications.

Customers are responsible for checking their registered contact channels.

12. Incorrect Customer Information

KadakHost is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect customer information, including:

  • incorrect email addresses;
  • inaccessible email accounts;
  • incorrect domain names;
  • incorrect DNS information;
  • invalid credentials;
  • incorrect server information; or
  • inaccurate technical requirements.

Customers should review information carefully when placing an order or requesting technical work.

13. Service Location

KadakHost Services may be provided using infrastructure located in India or other regions.

Where a Customer selects a specific server or hosting region, KadakHost will attempt to provision the Service in the selected region.

Availability is subject to capacity and infrastructure availability.

If the selected region is unavailable, KadakHost may contact the Customer regarding an alternative region or configuration.

14. Third-Party Infrastructure and Software

KadakHost may rely on third-party infrastructure, software, applications, APIs or service providers to deliver some Services.

Delivery may therefore be affected by:

  • third-party outages;
  • API failures;
  • infrastructure capacity;
  • software availability;
  • service restrictions;
  • maintenance;
  • regional availability; or
  • other external technical conditions.

KadakHost will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery issues or provide an alternative where appropriate.

15. Delivery Delays

Where delivery is delayed, KadakHost may provide updated information regarding the status of the order where reasonably possible.

A delay alone does not automatically create a right to a refund where KadakHost is still able to provide the purchased Service within a reasonable timeframe.

Where KadakHost determines that the Service cannot be delivered, the applicable Refunds and Cancellations Policy will apply.

16. Customer Acceptance and Testing

For custom consulting, Managed App Hosting, migration or configuration work, KadakHost may ask the Customer to review or test the completed work.

Where the Customer identifies an issue that falls within the agreed scope, KadakHost may make reasonable corrections.

Issues resulting from new requirements or requests outside the original scope may be treated as additional work.

17. Changes to Requested Service Before Delivery

If a Customer requests changes after an order has been placed but before delivery, KadakHost may:

  • accept the requested change;
  • adjust the delivery timeline;
  • revise the price;
  • issue a revised quotation; or
  • decline the change if it cannot reasonably be accommodated.

Additional costs may apply where work or resources have already been committed.

18. Failed Customer Handover

Where KadakHost has completed the agreed delivery but the Customer is unavailable, does not respond or does not complete required handover actions, the Service may still be considered delivered.

KadakHost is not required to delay billing or extend a paid service period solely because the Customer did not access or use the delivered Service.

19. Data Migration

Where migration is included in a Service, the scope of migration will be defined by the applicable service description or agreement.

Migration may depend on:

  • access to the source environment;
  • data size;
  • network speed;
  • application compatibility;
  • source-system availability;
  • database size;
  • file count;
  • maintenance windows; and
  • Customer cooperation.

Unless expressly agreed, KadakHost does not guarantee zero downtime during migration.

20. Backup and Restore Delivery

Where backup or restore assistance is part of a Service, completion may depend on:

  • backup availability;
  • backup integrity;
  • data size;
  • storage performance;
  • network performance;
  • infrastructure availability; and
  • application compatibility.

Estimated restore times are not guaranteed unless covered by a specific written SLA.

21. Domain and DNS Dependencies

Some Services may require DNS changes before they become fully accessible.

DNS propagation can take time and may depend on systems outside KadakHost’s control.

A Service may be technically delivered even where a newly changed domain or DNS record has not yet propagated globally.

22. Service Availability After Delivery

Delivery of a Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Ongoing service availability is governed by the KadakHost Terms and Conditions and any applicable Service Level Agreement.

Temporary outages or maintenance after initial delivery do not mean that the Service was not delivered.

23. No Physical Shipping

Because KadakHost currently provides digital Services only:

  • no physical goods are shipped;
  • no shipping carrier is involved;
  • no tracking number is issued for physical delivery;
  • no physical shipping charges apply; and
  • no physical return process exists.

Any reference on a third-party checkout, payment or e-commerce interface to “shipping”, “delivery address” or similar terminology should not be interpreted as physical delivery unless KadakHost explicitly begins offering a physical product.

24. Refunds for Non-Delivery

If KadakHost is ultimately unable to provide a purchased Service, the Customer may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the KadakHost Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

Temporary provisioning delays do not automatically qualify as non-delivery.

25. Service Cancellation

Cancellation of a recurring digital Service is governed by the KadakHost Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period and does not create a right to a partial refund.

26. Support After Delivery

Support available after delivery depends on the Service purchased.

For example:

  • a Managed App Hosting plan may include ongoing management and monitoring; and
  • a consulting engagement may include only the work defined in the applicable scope.

Customers should refer to the applicable service description or agreement for support scope.

Managed plan support, backup retention and health-check commitments apply only to the Services whose plans include them. The consumer remedies in the Refunds and Cancellations Policy remain available when required by law.

27. Changes to This Policy

KadakHost may update this Shipping and Service Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Services, delivery methods, operational practices or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on the KadakHost website.
