Retrieve approved context, interpret a request, perform permitted updates and summarize exceptions. The AI Agent package covers one defined business role.

Scope and running costs

A short statement of work names the outcome, applications, actions, input/output examples, volumes, approvals and acceptance tests. We estimate model, OCR, messaging and platform costs, with volume scenarios where needed. You approve the scope before work begins.

Build, test and review

We work in a test or isolated configuration and demonstrate representative successes and exceptions. You have five business days for acceptance feedback. Silence does not mean acceptance; material failures against agreed criteria are corrected before sign-off.

Payment and delivery

Standard builds: 50% to reserve the project and 50% after successful acceptance testing, before production activation and final handover. Advisory services are paid upfront. The accepted statement of work confirms payment terms. Customer delays pause the schedule and may change the delivery slot.

A practical handover

Receive project-specific exports, code, prompts, a configuration inventory without exposed secrets, dependency notes, test results and operating instructions. You have continuing rights to use and modify your deliverables; our reusable components and third-party software retain their applicable licenses.

Included deployment, separate hosting

Build fees include deployment into one existing suitable customer-owned environment. Fresh infrastructure, domain setup, platform maintenance, backups, HA and DR need a separate hosting proposal. Model usage, OCR, messaging, paid connectors, storage and platform subscriptions are extra.

Permission before action

Provide a process owner, authorized access, representative data, eligible subscriptions and feedback. We agree providers, retention, execution logs and test-data deletion before launch. Consequential actions require human approval by default; explicitly agreed routine low-risk actions may be automated after testing.

How scope is counted

One process means one owner and primary outcome. Actions count meaningful operations, not retries, logging or formatting. Connections count one service account or tenant each. The automation platform and one model provider do not consume application allowances; other dependencies are named and costed.

Supported integrations

Standard work uses supported connectors, documented APIs, working credentials and eligible subscriptions. Legacy or custom systems need feasibility work. Each proposal defines monthly volume, peak arrivals, file sizes and processing delay. New channels, integrations or outcomes receive a separate quote.

Covers priorities, access, architecture, recurring costs and first-build acceptance criteria. Delivery: 3–5 business days after the session and inputs. No production build or working proof of concept; the fee is separate from a later build.

Review up to 3 workflows with at most 60 existing nodes combined, one 60-minute walkthrough, and a prioritized report covering failures, credentials, duplicates, maintainability and operating costs. Delivery: 3–5 business days after access. Repairs and migrations are quoted separately.
